3. Nurse Registry & Independent Contractors
Opuluxe Tailored Nursing is a licensed Florida nurse registry (AHCA #30212040) operating under Fla. Stat. Chapter 400, Part VIII. We refer independent-contractor nurses. We are not a home health agency, and referred nurses are not our employees. Clients contract with nurses directly.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, logos, graphics, photographs, and code — is owned by or licensed to Opuluxe Tailored Nursing and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to: submit false information, submit another person's personal or medical information without their authorization, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access to protected areas (such as the Team Portal), or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
