Our Most Commonly Asked Questions

  • Opuluxe Tailored Nursing is exclusively private-pay, allowing us to provide care centered on your individual needs rather than the limitations of third-party billing. While we do not bill Medicare, Medicaid, long-term care insurance, or other insurance carriers directly, clients with long-term care insurance may be eligible for reimbursement through their individual policies. Once a claim has been submitted, our team can assist with the supporting documentation needed for reimbursement.

  • Every contractor in our network holds an active, unrestricted Florida license and completes an AHCA Level-2 background screening through the Care Provider Clearinghouse (FDLE and FBI fingerprint checks). Credentials and continuing education are verified as part of our onboarding process.

  • Everyone on our team brings a special skillset. We take into account their areas of expertise, personality, interests, and more when matching a patient to a clinician. 

  • Opuluxe does not staff live-in placements because we believe that a nurse who sleeps in the home cannot reliably deliver the level of alert clinical oversight our patients pay for. We know some patients require consistent care, so for continuous coverage, we use rotating awake-shift teams.

  • Absolutely. Your health needs shouldn’t limit where life takes you. With an Opuluxe nurse by your side, you can travel comfortably and confidently knowing your care, routines, and unexpected needs are seamlessly managed along the way.

  • We primarily serve Palm Beach County, Martin County, St. Lucie County, and Broward County, including Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Jupiter, Tequesta, Wellington, Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Stuart, and surrounding communities. We occasionally arrange out-of-area placements for existing patients traveling.

  • You can expect care to start within 12 hours of contract execution.
